OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - FOURWAYS

Property.CoZa is seeking a highly motivated and goal driven Office Administrator in the Real Estate sector to join our newly opened Fourways team. The ideal incumbent will work under instruction as part of a team, but also have the ability to use initiative and work independently when required. Relevant experienced or a qualification in real estate, bond origination or legal background is preferable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front desk management and primary point of contact with clients
  • Assist with contracts by scanning, uploading and emailing
  • Agent support and back-up
  • Assist in preparing and ordering marketing material
  • Capture documents and related information on website
  • Compile and submit adverts for Agents and Recruitment
  • Inspect website and social media information regularly for errors and report to Head Office
  • Set-up, maintain and implement systems where necessary for Agent records and other administrative information

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Great written and verbal language skills
  • Understanding and implementation of basic accounting practice
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate and learn new software applications
  • Data capturing skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Multi-tasking and working under pressure 

Starting Date – As soon as possible

Salary – Negotiable dependent on experience
