How can we afford to pay 80% commission and still maintain a solid business model?

An alternative income stream (e.g. insurance products, bridging finance, bond origination etc.) is generated for the agency by his Franchisor. In doing so, we are able to pass the benefit of a higher commission split on to our agents. Agents still receive the same benefits as from a 50/50 commission split company but with a higher income for themselves. Agency income not only sourced by agent’s commission portion.
